H5 together Terms & Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide

1 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the h5 together platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Be a resident of or access the platform from Malaysia.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be on an active self-exclusion list on any gambling platform.
• Not registering on behalf of any third party.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. h5 together reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your eligibility. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on h5 together. If you previously had an account that was closed, please contact our support team before registering again.

2 Deposit & Payment Methods

H5 together offers a variety of convenient and secure deposit methods for users in Malaysia:

• E-wallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Direct Transfer: DuitNow
• Online Banking (FPX): Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other major Malaysian banks

The minimum deposit on h5 together is RM30 per transaction. No general maximum limit is set, though limits may apply depending on the payment method or where additional verification is required.

All deposits are processed in real time. h5 together is not responsible for any delays caused by payment providers. Funds deposited must be legitimately yours — using another person's card or account without authorisation is strictly prohibited.

H5 together reserves the right to decline or place a hold on deposits if there are signs of suspicious activity or conduct that conflicts with our anti-money laundering policy.

3 Withdrawal of Winnings

Withdrawals on h5 together are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same member's name.
• All withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 working hours upon verification.
• H5 together does not charge any processing fees for standard withdrawals.
• Members may be required to submit identity verification documents before their first withdrawal or before withdrawals above a certain amount are processed.

Should any discrepancy arise or further review be required, h5 together reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold until the investigation is complete. Affected members will be notified within a reasonable timeframe.

Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirements (rollover) are not eligible for withdrawal. Please review the terms of each bonus before requesting a withdrawal to avoid any confusion.

4 Betting Rules

All bets placed on h5 together — whether Sports Betting on events such as the Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, and e-sports, or Live Casino games such as Baccarat, Blackjack, and Roulette — are subject to the following general rules:

• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or modified by the member, except in specific cases permitted by the system.
• H5 together reserves the right to void or correct any bets involved in technical errors, odds errors, or unforeseen circumstances.
• In the event of a match cancellation or postponement beyond the stipulated period, the related bets will be voided and the amount returned to the member's account.
• The use of any automated software, bots, or unfair methods to exploit the betting system is strictly prohibited.
• H5 together reserves the right to restrict or close the account of any member suspected of fraudulent activity, unauthorised collusion between accounts, or bonus abuse that compromises the integrity of the platform.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits may vary depending on the game type, league, and market. The limits displayed on the platform at the time a bet is placed are final.

Official results issued by sports governing bodies or Live Casino game providers are final. h5 together is not responsible for any dissatisfaction regarding the outcome of actual sporting events.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

H5 together offers a variety of promotions to both new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to rollover requirements as stated in their respective promotion terms. The general conditions that apply to all h5 together bonuses are as follows:

• Each member is entitled to claim each type of promotion once only, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash — they must first satisfy the applicable wagering requirements.
• H5 together reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of promotions — including registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — may result in the cancellation of all bonuses and closure of the account.
• Special promotions tied to Malaysian festivities such as Hari Raya Aidilfitri, Chinese New Year, and National Day carry their own terms and conditions, which will be stated at the time each promotion is launched.

6 Member Conduct

All h5 together members are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly while using the platform. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using abusive, threatening, or harassing language towards dealers, support staff, or other members through any communication channel on the platform.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including submitting false deposits, falsifying personal information, or providing invalid documents.
• Sharing your account or granting access to your h5 together account to any other party.
• Using a VPN or any other method to conceal your actual location in order to bypass restrictions or platform requirements.
• Engaging in any activity that may compromise the reputation, security, or integrity of the h5 together platform.

H5 together reserves the right to take action, including temporary suspension or permanent closure of any member account that violates these conduct guidelines, without any obligation to provide compensation.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

H5 together reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activities.
• Account closure requested by the member themselves (self-exclusion).
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• Instructions from relevant authorities.

In the event of closure due to a breach of terms, h5 together reserves the right to forfeit any balance in the account, including bonus funds and unprocessed winnings. For closures initiated at the member's own request, the remaining balance (after deducting any applicable rollover requirements) will be returned via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

8 Limitation of Liability

H5 together, its parent company, directors, employees, and partners shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from:

• The use of, or inability to use, the h5 together platform.
• Delays, disruptions, or technical failures arising from factors beyond our control, including network outages, cyberattacks, or natural disasters.
• Betting or game outcomes accepted by members based on information available on the platform.
• Data loss resulting from the member's own device failure or internet connectivity issues.

H5 together does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption at all times. We will make every effort to maintain maximum uptime; however, routine maintenance may require scheduled downtime. Members will be notified in advance of any significant disruptions.

9 Amendments to Terms & Conditions

H5 together reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on this page.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify members of any significant amendments via in-platform notifications or registered email. However, it remains each member's responsibility to review the latest Terms & Conditions. Continued use of the h5 together platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
